First Time Cleaning

Our trained staff will leave your home ready for your routine cleaning service in this modality. This service includes those tasks that you probably don’t even notice, as A/C exits grills, ceiling fans, etc.

Before we begin our routine cleaning service, we recommend you do that. However, we will evaluate the necessity during the estimate visit.

Regular Routine 

After the first time cleaning,  you can choose our weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequency services, which one fits better for you.

• high and low dusting throughout the home

• general tidying 
• carpets thoroughly vacuumed with our HEPA vacuums 
• hard floors steam mopped or bucket mop, or even both, depending of the situation

Deep Cleaning/Listing Cleaning

This option covers all your needs when the subject is: moving into your new home, listing your house for sale, or when you want a “top to bottom” cleaning. We can also call it Spring Cleaning.
